Please use the rules of APA style for your cover page, citations and parenthetical formats, and reference page.  
Topic 2: Consider examples of market failures. What role do you think the government should play in regulating market structures? Provide examples of the government’s involvement in regulating market structures and the application of responsible stewardship. 
TOPIC 3:Consider public choice and the core value of responsible stewardship. What is the link between self-interest and the core value of responsible stewardship as it relates to individuals, businesses, and governments?
